Private allure
The Star aims to combine the architecture of a more traditional chalet, with its white facade and antique wooden upper floor, with the glamour and international flair of a film star.
The project was developed in close collaboration with the owner, who had decided on this project when it was still an empty plot.
The symbol of the star, is incorporated into small details of the house, such as lighting elements and the design of front door.
The property blends in perfectly with its natural surroundings in the village of Aschau.
The star impresses right from the start with its long driveway, which is reminiscent of a red carpet to welcome you to the property.
The main entrance leads into a courtyard with pedestrian access and a very large double garage.
Immediately after the front door we find ourselves in a wide hallway with the designer staircase leading to the upper floor.
Concept
From this point we enter the living area with views of the breathtaking surroundings. This part of the house is so expansive, that it could even be described as a type of ballroom.
The house also boasts a relaxation and wellness area neatly situated next to two spacious rooms, each with private bathrooms.
In one of the bathrooms, the owner chose to be daring with a colourful handmade tile that perfectly reflects uniquness of the property.
The rooms are symmetrically divided between the living areas, creating a powerful balance of form and function.
On the north side we find the master area with a large gallery of wardrobes, generous bedroom and designer bathroom.
Also on this floor, a prestigious terrace with 360-degree views offers the perfect place for the glamorous parties The Star can host.
