The Eye in the Sky, built in Aurach near Kitzbühel, contains two luxury homes that exist in a class of their own. They offer a wonderful view of the idyllic and the seemingly endless Tyrolean Alps. Due to the high-quality materials, we have succeeded in creating a true residential jewel. The hillside location and special architecture opens up to 180-degree views of the surrounding nature and picturesque landscape. This results in the unique 360-degree living feeling.
Concept
The colour accents of the sky, which are reflected in the lavish furnishings, can be experienced in every room and with the design language of the eye. The Eye in the Sky lives up to its name. The individual entrance area from the shared underground car park and lower level, with its generous landing area, sets the scene perfectly for the breathtaking view. This level also impresses with its own wellness area, complete with a sauna, a relaxation zone and a fitness area.
The living area is easily reached by lift or stairs. Here you will find the living room with open-plan kitchen and the master bedroom with dressing room and ensuite bathroom, as well as further guest room, which is also fitted out with its own ensuite bathroom.
